ISO/IEC 250xx is the set of international standards for Systems and software product Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE), which provides three Quality Models, defines 13 quality dimensions and 40 sub-dimensions. The talk will cover the standards available and planned, and their usefulness in your business.
About the Speaker
John Estdale is currently Chief Architect at IT Architecture Specialists Ltd and has trained in ISO 9001, TickIT, CMMI and EFQM assessment. Throughout his career in software engineering, he has had a strong focus on quality, moving back and forth between product development and quality roles at Learmonth & Burchett, Lloyd’s Register, Vodafone, and many EU-funded initiatives. Recently he has worked as an architect for Sainsbury’s, Nationwide Building Society and O2, with much of the development being specified for outsourced teams.
